• This includes, but is not limited to, inclusion on The Rukus Awards website, social media channels, press releases, and promotional campaigns.

• Timely submission of an entry, payment of the required entry fee, and compliance with eligibility requirements ensure that an entry will be reviewed and considered for recognition.

• No other representations or warranties are made by The Rukus Awards concerning entries, and all implied warranties are expressly disclaimed.

• If an entry receives an award, the manner, timing, and details of announcing such recognition remain solely at the discretion of The Rukus Awards.

• Entrants understand that awards, features, and publicity may vary in format and scope.

The Rukus Awards reserve the right to reject any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful.

The Rukus Awards are conducted in recurring seasons. The schedule, frequency, and deadlines for each season will be determined at the discretion of The Rukus Awards.

• All entry fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

• No exceptions will be made. Entrants acknowledge and accept this policy as a condition of entry.
