Submissions open Winter 2025/26. Join the waitlist and you’ll be first to know (and first to enter).
How much does it cost to enter?
We’re keeping it lean. Expect affordable rates for pros and discounted student pricing. No inflated entry fees here. Pricing will be revealed when entries are accepted.
Who can enter?
The Rukus Awards are open to agencies, in-house teams, brands, freelancers, students, influencers, and independents working in marketing, design, and advertising. Big budgets aren’t required—only bold ideas. If your work made noise, there’s a place for it here.
Can students enter?
Yes. Students get their own discounted entry tier plus the chance to compete in Student Rukus and Wildcard categories. We know ramen budgets are real—so cost won’t keep you out. Plus, students can also apply to our Student Judge Program for résumé-worthy experience and a front-row seat to bold industry work. Join the waitlist to get the discount.
Do you accept international entries?
Yes. The Rukus Awards are open to entries worldwide. All work is judged on boldness, craft, impact, and aesthetics. Please note: if your submission relies heavily on language that is not in English, there may be limitations in judging. In those cases, judges will focus on the overall design, execution, and creative impact.
How often do the Rukus Awards run?
The Rukus Awards run in “seasons.” Our first season launches Winter 2025/26. We may host multiple seasons in a year, depending on demand and participation. Stay on the waitlist for updates.
Who can be a judge?
Designers, marketers, strategists, students, and anyone who can spot work that shook things up. If you’ve ever said “damn, I wish I made that,” you belong on the panel. Sign up to be a judge.
How does judging work?
Entries are scored by a diverse mix of pros and students using clear rubrics. Judges focus on boldness, craft, and impact—not politics or pay-to-win nonsense. If there’s a conflict of interest, judges can skip an entry. The goal: honest takes on bold ideas. Sign up to be a judge for an upcoming season of the Rukus Awards.
