Eligibility:
- Open globally to professionals in marketing, advertising, and design
- Nominees typically hold non-executive or mid-level leadership roles (producer, strategist, designer, editor, project manager, etc.)
- Both self-nominations and peer nominations are welcome
- Multiple recipients will be honored each season
